pjko Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules and Player Obligations
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the pjko platform. By registering a pjko account or accessing any service on this site, you agree to be bound by the terms set out below. Please read them carefully before using pjko.

Age Restriction — 21+ Only
You must be 21 years of age or older to register and use pjko. Age is verified during KYC. Accounts belonging to under-21 users will be closed and any balance forfeited.
One Account Per Person
Each player may hold only one active pjko account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.
Deposits and Withdrawals
Minimum deposit is ৳100. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the deposit. Processing times vary by method. No pjko-side fees on standard transactions.
Bonus Wagering Requirements
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Bonus terms including rollover amounts are stated at the time of each offer. Misuse of bonuses may result in forfeiture.
Fair Play and Security
All pjko games use certified RNG technology. Fraud, collusion, software exploitation or any form of cheating will result in immediate account suspension and potential legal action.
Section 1
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the pjko platform — including but not limited to the pjko website, gaming services, promotional offers and customer support channels — you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not accept these terms, you must immediately cease using pjko and close your account if one has been registered.
These Terms & Conditions are a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and pjko. pjko reserves the right to update these terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review them periodically. Continued use of pjko after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Eligibility Requirements
You are eligible to use pjko only if all of the following conditions are met:
- You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times while using pjko.
- You are a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming activity of this nature is not prohibited.
- You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
- You have not been self-excluded from pjko or from any other gaming service in a jurisdiction where such exclusion applies to pjko.
- You have provided accurate, truthful and complete personal information during registration and will update it promptly if any information changes.
pjko reserves the right to request documentation to verify any of the above conditions at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and withholding of any associated balance pending investigation.
Section 3
Account Registration and Security
One Account Per Player
Each individual may register and maintain only one active pjko account. Opening duplicate accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. pjko uses identity verification technology to detect duplicate registrations. If duplicate accounts are detected, pjko may suspend or permanently close all accounts associated with the individual and forfeit any balances held across those accounts.
Account Security Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pjko login credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. You must not share your account credentials with any other person. pjko will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorised access to your pjko account, you must notify pjko support immediately.
Account Verification (KYC)
pjko is required to verify the identity of all account holders as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations. You may be asked to provide a copy of a valid National ID card, passport or other government-issued identity document. Failure to complete KYC verification within the time period specified by pjko may result in your account being restricted or suspended, and withdrawal requests may be held pending verification.

Deposits and Withdrawals
Deposits
The minimum deposit at pjko is ৳100. Deposits may be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank or BRAC Bank. All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not permitted. Deposits are credited to your pjko account in real time following confirmation from the payment provider. pjko does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.
Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests must be made to the same payment method from which the corresponding deposit was made. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. pjko processes withdrawal requests as promptly as possible; processing times vary depending on the payment method and verification status of your account. Withdrawals will not be processed for accounts that have not completed KYC verification or where suspicious activity has been flagged.
Transaction Currency
All transactions on pjko are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). pjko does not accept or process transactions in cryptocurrency. Any attempt to use cryptocurrency for deposits or withdrawals will be declined and the transaction reversed where possible.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers
Bonus Eligibility
Bonuses and promotional offers are available to eligible pjko players as determined by pjko at its sole discretion. pjko reserves the right to withdraw, modify or expire any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Unless otherwise stated, each promotional offer is available once per player, per household and per payment method.
Wagering Requirements
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements (rollover) and eligible games are stated in the specific terms of each offer. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. pjko reserves the right to remove bonus funds that have been inactive for more than 30 days.
Bonus Misuse
pjko monitors bonus activity to detect misuse including but not limited to: exploiting software errors, placing offsetting bets, using multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or any other form of bonus abuse. If pjko determines that a player has misused bonus offers, pjko reserves the right to forfeit all bonus funds and any winnings derived from them, restrict further bonus eligibility, and/or close the player's account.

Gameplay Rules and Fair Play
Game Integrity
All games available on pjko use independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer systems operated by licensed providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, PG Soft and Ezugi. The outcome of all games is determined fairly and independently of pjko's commercial interests. pjko does not manipulate game outcomes.
Cricket Betting Rules
Cricket betting markets on pjko are subject to pjko's sports betting rules, which are made available in the applicable sportsbook section. In the event of a match being abandoned, cancelled or postponed, bets will be settled in accordance with pjko's official rules for that event type. pjko's decision on disputed bet outcomes is final.
Disconnection Policy
pjko endeavours to maintain continuous service availability; however, internet disconnections during active gameplay may occur due to factors outside pjko's control. In the event of a disconnection during a game round, pjko's system will complete the round as designed and the result will be recorded accordingly. pjko is not liable for any losses resulting from player-side disconnection issues.

Responsible Gaming Obligations
pjko is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. These Terms & Conditions require all pjko players to engage with the platform responsibly. pjko provides the following tools to assist players in managing their gaming activity.
Responsible Gaming Tools Available on pjko
- Deposit limits: set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps on your pjko account from your account settings.
- Session time reminders: configure notifications to remind you of time spent on the platform during active sessions.
- Cooling-off period: request a temporary account restriction for a defined period if you feel you need a break from gaming.
- Self-exclusion: permanently or temporarily exclude yourself from pjko by contacting support. Self-exclusion requests are actioned within 24 hours.

Section 8
Prohibited Conduct
pjko maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards conduct that undermines the integrity of the platform or causes harm to other users. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on pjko and will result in immediate account action up to and including permanent suspension.
The following actions are strictly prohibited:
- Attempting to access pjko or any pjko system through automated means, bots, scripts or any non-human method.
- Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
- Using or attempting to use any software bug, glitch or exploit to gain an advantage over pjko or other players.
- Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent, illegal or unauthorised means including stolen payment credentials.
- Engaging in any form of money laundering, match-fixing or other criminal activity through or in connection with the pjko platform.
pjko cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and may disclose account information and transaction records when required to do so by applicable law or court order. Players found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their accounts permanently closed, all balances forfeited, and may be subject to civil or criminal proceedings.
Section 9
Intellectual Property
All content on the pjko platform — including but not limited to software, source code, design elements, graphics, logos, game interfaces, text, data and databases — is the intellectual property of pjko or its licensed partners and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use pjko solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, decompile or create derivative works from any pjko content without pjko's prior written consent.
Section 10
Limitation of Liability
Platform Availability
pjko endeavours to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access to its services. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or events beyond pjko's reasonable control may result in temporary service interruptions. pjko is not liable for any losses or damages arising from service downtime, provided pjko takes reasonable steps to minimise disruption and provides advance notice of planned maintenance where practicable.
Exclusion of Consequential Losses
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pjko's total liability to any player arising out of or in connection with the use of the pjko platform shall be limited to the net deposits made by that player during the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim. pjko expressly excludes all liability for indirect, consequential, special, incidental or punitive damages of any nature, including loss of profits, loss of data or reputational damage.
Section 11
Amendments to These Terms
pjko reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, pjko will update the Effective Date shown at the top of this page and, where reasonably practicable, notify registered players via the contact information held on their account. The updated terms will take effect from the date indicated.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions regularly to ensure you are aware of any changes. Your continued use of pjko following the posting of revised terms constitutes your acceptance of those terms. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must cease using pjko and may request account closure by contacting our support team.
Section 12
Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which pjko operates. In the event of a dispute between pjko and a player, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through pjko's internal complaints process by contacting the support team. pjko aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within 14 business days where possible.
